The purpose of my blog is to inspire,inform and guide you into improving your life and happiness.Our main goal in life is simply to be happy..and yet it eludes most of us.
True joy is inside all of us at all times and yet we look for it outside of us,in material possesions,in other people.The Law of Attraction teaches us how to feel our joy and follow our bliss and when we do that we attract all the good things that we desire.The happiness must come first,allow yourself to feel it.!

Personal Development goes hand in hand with The Law Of Attraction so I will include some articles on that also.What we think affects our feelings,which affects our actions and also affects what we attract into our lives,if we feel good we think good thoughts,make good decisions,take good actions and attract good people.If we feel bad its the opposite,have you ever noticed if you wake up in a bad mood your day goes wrong?

How To Change Your Life-Part One

I have been studying personal development for 6 years now.

Most of us want to change/improve our lives in some way.Some of us actually want to do something about it but dont know how or where to start.We can get caught up in our lives so much we can't see our way out of the cycle we are in.

If we are not growing we are deteriorating.

It is human nature to keep growing,keep learning keep improving.We don't know it all.We all have lessons to learn.I'm guessing that you do want to improve your life because you are reading this,or maybe you want to change everything about your life.Ifs that's the case then don't despair because there is a 'knock on'effect.

When you change your thinking and you change one thing in your life then everything else will follow.:-)Maybe it's your job you want to change,or your finances,your personal relationship,weight,body image,health or maybe it all looks perfect but there's something missing,can't understand why you're still not happy?

Either way I hope you will find what I write very helpful.The Law Of Attraction is something I believe in fully,however there are also other laws and behaviours which contribute to our success.

The thing is we go through life dwelling on what we are unhappy with,complain about those things and allow them to make us even more miserable.Occasionally we may try to do something about them but we lose focus and it doesn't last very long (ever made a New Years Resolution?)and then we beat ourselves up for 'failing'and the cycle begins.

There are certain things we need to take into account before we can change.There are also things we need to do after we have taken Step One.These first 2 steps are very common reasons we fail so now you know next time you will succeed..

Step One.

Decide WHAT you want!
Who do you want to be?
How do you want to feel?(Yes,its a choice,you can feel it now if you choose to)
What you want to do?
Where do you want to go?
Be specific.
Think about it carefully,write it down and read it every morning and every night.This will keep you focused.
When you read it feel the feelings you would have if you already have it,feel the excitement and the joy,and the gratitude.

Step 2

Make a Decision,a real 100% committment!Not,oh I wish I had that..Make a promise to yourself,a pledge,this IS what I will do,I can do it!
The most important part of all this is that you FEEL good.Feeling bad about your problem/situation or yourself will make you feel feel worse and the problem worse.(See The Secret Explained).Start to feel empowered and positive,excited and confident,determined and happy.
You deserve it,you will do it!
Be kind to yourself,your own best friend.Feeling guilty makes you miserable and the aim here is to feel good.Lose the guilt stop beating yourself for not being perfect and focus on all that is good about you and you goal.

Big yourself up!Dwell on your strengths and the things you like about yourself.If you cant think of any you definitely need to do this,ask a loved one what they love about you but please try to do it by yourself first.

Remember how special you are,thats why you ARE loved and treat yourself accordingly.
